Orli is a task management application designed specifically for individuals with ADHD. The App provides:

• Task organization and management tools
• Energy-based task matching
• Focus session features
• AI-powered task breakdown (Pro feature)
• Cross-device synchronization (optional)

Important: Orli is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@orli.app.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You May:

• Use Orli for personal productivity and task management
• Create and manage your tasks and notes
• Share feedback and suggestions
• Use Pro features with an active subscription

4.2 You May Not:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

5. Subscription & Payment

5.1 Free Features

Orli offers core features for free, including:

• Basic task management and organization
• Energy-based task matching
• Limited focus sessions
• Task pools (Now, Next, Someday)

5.2 Orli Pro Subscription Plans

We offer the following auto-renewable subscription options for Orli Pro:

• AI-powered task breakdown and suggestions
• Unlimited focus sessions
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Voice capture with transcription
• Photo capture with text extraction
• Custom themes and personalization
• Priority customer support
• Early access to new features

5.3 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period:

• Free trial length (if offered): 7 days
• Full access to all Pro features during trial
• No charge during the trial period
• Automatic conversion to paid subscription after trial ends unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain Pro access until the end of your paid period

5.7 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where you purchased:

• Apple App Store: Request refunds through Apple's Report a Problem system at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play Store: Request refunds through Google Play's refund request form within their refund window

We cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through app stores. All refund requests must go through the respective app store's refund process.

5.8 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price of your subscription:

• We will notify you in advance through the app or email
• Price increases will take effect on your next renewal after the notice period
• You may cancel before the price change takes effect
• Your continued use after price change notification constitutes acceptance

Orli and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orli and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Orli (tasks, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Orli without obligation to you.

Your use of Orli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orli and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid to Orli in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using Orli at any time by deleting the App and your account.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Orli after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law
